WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If a product is damaged during shipping (which happens! handmade and fragile go hand-in-hand, despite the care taken to pack safely!) we will issue a full refund or a new product, whichever you prefer. Because of the time and labor that goes into each pair, we will do product exchange for another pair if you get them and they simply aren't what you like. Other than that sales are final.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM DESIGNS?

YES! Oh my gosh yes and I love helping you work on what you're dreaming of. Instagram is a great place for us to work on this--you can see an archive of lots of past designs, and we can DM directly to talk through colors, length and other options. 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept PayPal and all other credit card options through this site. However, I do a lot of customs, so if you DM me on Instagram and we work on a custom together, we can do Venmo, ApplePay, or PayPal.

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

We use glass beads (both Delicas and Czech depending on the design) silk thread and nickel-free hooks and attachments. If you've got additional questions or needs, reach out and see what we can figure out!
